Lynn was a National Educator of the Year award winner, has received the Educator of the Year award from AIREE, the Illinois Real Estate Educator of the Year, and REALTOR® of the Year honors from her local association in 2003. She was also named the Illinois Association REALTOR® of the Year in 2011 and has been honored with two NAR Hall of Fame memberships - RPAC and REBAC.

Mario Rubio works to improve the global real estate industry and connect realtors from across the globe, but especially in Latin America, Mario Rubio served as NAR's President Liaison to Peru from 2010-2015 where he was able to help the Peruvian Real Estate Association lobby their government to pass a law which mandated that all realtors must be licensed and educated. To this day, Mario Rubio has continued his dream of connecting realtors around the world by being NAR's Regional Coordinator to South America from 2016 to 2021.
Working with the different Real Estate Associations like COFECI-CRECI from Brazil, ASPAI from Perú, FENACBRE from Ecuador, ACOP-CNGI A.G. & COPROCH from Chile, and FEDELONJAS from Colombia. In 2022 was appointed to be the NAR Chair of the Global Alliances Advisory Board and is currently serving as a Co-Chair of the Global Business Advisory Council at the District of Columbia Association of REALTORS-DCAR.
