Patti has authored numerous continuing education courses across the south and developed and taught a course on “First-Time Home Buyer Education,” which received the HUD Best Practices Award. She is also a past recipient of the Florida REALTORS® Instructor of the Year award. 

    Patti is Past-President of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® and currently sits on the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), where she served as Chair of FREC in 2020. She fought diligently to keep licensing and education open through virtual learning during her tenure, even though she loves an in-person classroom.

    11:00 am - 2:30 pm each day (Pacific)
    12:00 pm - 3:30 pm each day (Mountain)
    1:00 pm - 4:30 pm each day (Central)
    2:00 pm - 5:30 pm each day (Eastern)

In addition, it must be guided by the company’s values, vision, and mission and executed so that every staff and/or team member is positioned to optimize their contribution.  This course provides you with a process for developing a strategic business plan, guidelines for implementing that plan and methods for how to apply the plan to real world situations.

    Topics covered:

    • Developing a mission statement.
    • Determining your values and creating a vision statement.
    • External dynamics and internal change within your business.
    • Action-oriented objectives and assign responsibility and accountability.
    • The effects and impact of both marketplace and company changes on planning.
    • Develop, implement and manage the business plan.

He is licensed in six southeastern states and has closed more than 4,000 transactions. He has also served in several leadership roles at the local and state level and currently serves on the Real Estate Business Institute’s Board of Directors.

    Additionally, Greg is currently serving as Division 1 Vice-President for Tennessee Realtors® and as 2020 President of Residential Real Estate Council Tennessee (formerly CRS). Greg was 2014 President of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors® and was named 2018 Realtor of the Year by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors®.     CRB CREDIT

    A refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be extended if cancellation notice is received by close of business on the Friday before the course. No refunds will be issued after that date.
