    The New Normal demands that we stop being order takers and start being negotiators. Negotiating sales contracts got a little bit more complicated with our new compensation arrangements and we need to be sure the New Normal doesn’t get in the way of having a should not – be doing and saying when negotiating contracts in todays market. 

    Attendees will learn how to:

    1. Assist clients in the analysis of their options when listing and buying, articulate the pros and cons of those options and work with agents who are not quite up to speed on the New Normal!
    2. Understand our role in the presentation and negotiation of offers and that we can no longer just 'present the offer' we need to 'negotiate the contract' to achieve results for our clients - and ourselves.
