As a result of the NAR Settlement Agreement, approved by the court on November 26, 2024, there are significant practice changes regarding compensation.  These changes have precipitated necessary updates to the SRS course material to ensure compliance, current information and resources, and best practices.  The new SRS course material has been reviewed and approved by NAR legal counsel.  Taking an outdated course with incorrect information negates the learning experience and can create potential legal liabilities for you and your brokerage.
