    Patti Ketcham is an instructor, keynote speaker, and owner and manager of Ketcham Realty Group in Tallahassee, FL. Patti has authored numerous continuing education courses across the south and developed and taught a course on “First-Time Home Buyer Education,” which received the HUD Best Practices Award. She is also a past recipient of the Florida REALTORS® Instructor of the Year award. 

    Patti is Past-President of the Tallahassee Board of REALTORS® and currently sits on the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC), where she served as Chair of FREC in 2020. She fought diligently to keep licensing and education open through virtual learning during her tenure, even though she loves an in-person classroom.

    Melanie was first licensed as a sales agent in Pennsylvania in 1975. She joined the company founded by her mother, Evelyn M. Jackson, and became a partner of the firm in 1978. She continues to remain an active broker and appraiser. Melanie has served at her local association, West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS®, as President, member, and chair of numerous committees.     Matthew is currently part of REBI's leadership team where he serves as First Vice President. He will become President in 2025. In addition, he has served in various levels within the Professional Standards process, including ethics instructor, NAR Professional Standards Committee member, a Professional Standards Administrator, Hearing Chair, Grievance Chair, and REALTOR®-Counsel.

    Matthew Rathbun is also a broker, speaker, instructor, author, and self-proclaimed “geek.” He is licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland and is a licensed instructor in many US states. Matthew is the Executive Vice President of a large multi-office firm in Virginia, where he oversees operations, risk management, and agent development. Before becoming a broker, he was a high-performing agent and received several awards and accolades throughout the years, including the Virginia Association Instructor of the Year, and was recognized as an RISMedia Newsmaker Thought Leader in 2020.

    Matthew has contributed to or written various national certification and designation courses for RRC, REBAC, and REBI (all three NAR affiliates).
