Diversity — along with the complementary concepts of equity, and inclusion — impact your wellbeing, regardless of your background.  Having a firm grasp on these terms is essential not only for a healthy workplace, but ultimately a healthier way of living.

This course will introduce you to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).  By the end of this course, you will:

• Have a basic understanding of key DEI concepts.
• Recognize how your specific background fits into the society you live in. 
• Know how to contribute to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
