As a result of the NAR Settlement Agreement, approved by the court on November 26, 2024, there are significant practice changes regarding compensation.  These changes have precipitated necessary updates to the SRS course material to ensure compliance, current information and resources, and best practices.  The new SRS course material has been reviewed and approved by NAR legal counsel.  Taking an outdated course with incorrect information negates the learning experience and can create potential legal liabilities for you and your brokerage.

We are excited to launch this new version that is filled with best practices, resources, tools, and examples that you can implement into your business right away.  It also expands on the compensation conversation with your seller clients with examples, options, and answers to frequently asked questions.
